What does Aerolíder do?
We design, coordinate and support aviation training pathways and personalized English. We organize options, work through questions and keep decisions connected throughout the process.
How does the process begin?
With a form. We review your experience, interest and questions, then reply by email to prepare a useful meeting.
Does support end after the first meeting?
No. The aim is to support decisions as the pathway progresses, within the agreed scope.

Programs and licenses
Your starting point
Can I start with no experience?
Yes. ROOKIE organizes a route from initial preparation through training, experience and professional development. The format depends on your profile.
What if I already have a license or flight hours?
The type and issuing authority of your license, hours and experience may change your entry point and remaining steps.
What are the five U.S. entry levels?
ROOKIE, ICAO/EASA CPL, FAA CPL, FAA CFI and EXPERTS. Each requires individual review.
Can the route include ATP?
ATP may be part of advanced programs. Its relevance, requirements and components depend on the profile.
How do I choose between the U.S. and Latin America?
We compare experience, goals, location, English and current conditions. There is no universal answer.
Can I train as a commercial helicopter pilot?
Yes. Rotary-wing training has its own progression, which may include initial, instrument, commercial and later stages where appropriate.

Preparation and communication
Is English only for pilots?
No. You can begin with general and communication English before choosing a flight route.
Is this automatically an ICAO or phraseology course?
No. Aviation context may be added gradually, but specific exam, phraseology or certification preparation must be defined explicitly.
How is my level assessed?
An initial assessment identifies your level, needs and priority situations.

Conditions behind opportunities
Can some programs support an F-1 visa application?
Yes. For eligible programs, an SEVP-certified institution may issue Form I-20 after admitting a student. A U.S. embassy or consulate decides the F-1 visa application.
How do CPT and OPT relate to work?
They are practical training options related to a field of study. Availability depends on program rules, eligibility and the required DSO or USCIS authorizations.
What helps me approach the job market?
The route brings together relevant training, licensing, experience, English and eligibility. You must complete requirements and actively take part in selection processes.
Does the pathway guarantee a job?
No. Employers make their own decisions based on requirements, authorizations, experience and performance.
