Can I start with no flight experience?
Yes. ROOKIE is designed for people starting from zero. Initial private training can also be evaluated.
Do I need advanced English first?
English is assessed early because it matters for instruction, manuals, communication and professional stages. It can be strengthened before or during preparation.
Does the pathway include ATP?
It may lead toward ATP requirements and, where relevant, ATP-CTP. They are different concepts; scope depends on format and eligibility.
Does ROOKIE guarantee an instructor or airline job?
No. Qualifications and preparation support applications, but each opportunity depends on eligibility, authorization, availability, performance and the employer's decision.
