Information collected
When you submit the form, we receive the information you voluntarily provide: first and last name, email, country and city, starting point, approximate flight hours, main interest, expected start time, goal and questions. If you enter through the English program, we may also receive the level you report; that entry does not request a license or flight hours.
We do not request sensitive documents in the form. If needed later to assess your pathway, our team will indicate an appropriate channel.
Only if you accept analytics may we associate campaign source parameters, such as source, medium and campaign, your entry path, referring domain and site language with a submitted request. These fields do not store the full URL query or the referrer's full path. The temporary attribution record is limited to the browsing session and does not include your name, email or form message. If you reject or withdraw analytics consent, this attribution is not attached and we attempt to remove the temporary browser record. You can submit the form without accepting analytics.
The site may also produce technical information about navigation, devices, pages visited and interaction. Non-essential categories follow the cookie preferences you select.

Form purposes
We use your information to review your starting point, prepare a useful response, arrange a meeting by email and follow up on that request. Source information helps us understand which content or campaign led to the request and improve site operations.
Submitting the form does not automatically subscribe you to promotional communications, enroll you in a program or generate an automated decision about your profile. A separate commercial subscription would require separate consent.

Third-party services
This site uses Wix infrastructure and services for hosting, forms, contacts, Inbox and operational functions. See the Wix privacy policy.
Aerolíder uses Google Analytics to measure site use when applicable preferences permit it. Configured events do not send your name, email, location or form content to Analytics. Structured requests go to Wix Forms for operational management, not as identity parameters in Analytics. See the Google privacy policy and Google Analytics data safeguards.

Retention and security
Information is kept as long as needed to handle and follow up on the request and comply with applicable obligations. We do not state a fixed period that has not been validated for every case.
Aerolíder applies reasonable access and management controls. No system guarantees absolute security, so we avoid requesting sensitive documents during first contact.

Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of information related to your request by emailing info@aerolider.com. To protect your data, we may request reasonable information to verify your identity before responding.

Managing preferences
You can reopen the preference center from the footer of any page and change non-essential categories. Wix applies the change after the page reloads.

Effective date and changes
This notice reflects the site as of August 31, 2026. If forms, measurement tools or stated purposes change, Aerolíder will update this text and show the new version date.
